Pick Packer Wanted!

Are you a reliable, hardworking individual with a great attitude and strong work ethic? We are currently seeking Warehouse Pick Packers to join a busy bread production and distribution facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing casual work with regular shifts and full training provided.

About the Role

Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, your duties will include:



Counting and checking incoming stock deliveries



Pick packing bread products for distribution



Separating and allocating bread products into the correct crates and sections



Making and assembling boxes



Ensuring packing specifications and quality standards are met



Labelling boxes for delivery



Moving completed boxes throughout the facility (up to 11kg lifting)



General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment

What We're Looking For



Previous warehouse, pick packing, or production experience preferred



Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions



Good communication skills and a strong understanding of English



Positive attitude with a willingness to learn



Reliable, punctual, and switched-on workers



Ability to work in a steady-paced environment



Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Full training will be provided to successful candidates.

Availability & Shift Information



Generally 4–5 shifts per week



Additional shifts may be offered based on business requirements, performance, and candidate availability



Typical start times are 8:00am or 10:00am



Start times may vary and can include:



6:00am



8:00am



10:00am



2:00pm



Shifts are generally 8 hours, however may be reduced to 4 hours depending on operational requirements

Important

Candidates must be flexible with shift start and finish times, as hours and shift lengths may vary from week to week based on client needs.
